Bières Sornin - Pierre Blanche 4,8%
Bière blanche de haute fermentation à 4,8% vol. faite à base de malt d'orge 'Pilsen' et de malt de blé et peu houblonnée.
Brassage durant huit heures, fermentation principale à 22°C sur huit jours et mise en garde à 4°C pendant dix jours. Conditionnée en bouteilles avec technique de refermentation 'trappiste' en chambre chaude durant dix jours.
C'est une bière de chaleur douce rafraichissante légèrement citronnée (venant du blé); cette touche citron peut-être renforcée en rajoutant une rondelle de citron dans le verre.
Conditionnements: bouteilles 33cl steinie, 75cl à bouchon mécanique, fûts 15L et cuves sur demande.
